DES Agency was born from a genuine passion for electronic music culture and the idea of owning not only the front but also the backstage of the scene. The foundations of the brand were laid by combining Ebru Sena Demir's experience in music, organization, and creative production.
Before the idea of an agency, DES emerged from the belief that
the right music, the right artists, and the right audience must come together with the same energy.
How DES Came About?
Ebru Sena Demir approached the electronic music scene not only from the listener's perspective, but also with a vision rooted in close experience from the perspective of organization, artist relationships, and nightlife culture. Over time, she observed that many talented artists and strong concepts on the scene were not properly represented, and that organizations often lost their soul.
This is precisely where DES was born, out of necessity.
It was established with the goal of creating an original, selective, and culturally enriching structure, in opposition to the standardized organizational approach.

Ebru Sena Demir is an entrepreneur managing a comprehensive creative agency based in the heart of Kadıköy, Istanbul.
Through DES Presents, she actively produces and curates electronic music events, while also leading DES Agency, a multi-disciplinary structure that combines artist management, label operations, DJ education, and digital marketing under one vision.
She manages artists signed to her own label, oversees their career development and bookings, operates a DJ Academy focused on real club culture, and directs advertising and digital marketing processes for brands and artists alike.
With a strong focus on music quality, creative vision, and sustainable growth, Ebru Sena Demir continues to build a solid ecosystem connecting events, artists, education, and digital strategy within the electronic music industry.
